Critical Chain Project Management
img src="\uploads\ccpm.jpg" align="left"/>This book, Critical Chain Project Management is absolutley incredible! This is my introduction to all things TOC and I am really impressed. Laurence Leach describes the analysis of the Project Management System as if it were any other system (similar to manufacturing, etc). The breakdown applies the Theory of Constraints (new to me) and Total Quality Management in a way that makes the conclusions and recommendations of the book not only logical, but clearly pertinent to the improvement of project management.
