Road Bike
I just purchased a Specialized Allez Triple in order to train and race in the upcomming Parvin State Park Triathlon. I am taking a triathlon class at Riverwinds that is being taught by Ned Lenny, one of the Fastestest Over 40 Ironmen in North Americal.
I'm basically just learning to really swim, and I must thank Total Immersion for helping me. I ordered their Freestyle Made Easy DVD and it has really helped me become able to actually swim 400 meters.
I also ordered, but have yet to implement, the Posetech DVD to help my running. Ted Lenny highly recommended this DVD and method of running and will probably help me learn it during our triathlon class.
