Abs Diet

I'm a big fan of Men's Health Magazine.

The editor of Men's Health, David Zinczenko, has developed a diet based on simplicity and good health. The Abs Diet. I think it's great. The diet is really a diet and exercise philosophy. The philosophy is based upon concentrating on good foods and integrating strength training and interval cardio into your life. The diet is not strict, but simply a set of guiding priciples. The workout is a big part of the diet, as opposed to the lip service many diets give to exercising. I've been concentrating on changing the way I eat to be more in-line with the Abs Diet philosophy and I've started some of the workouts. I'm seeing big changes in my body as I build muscle and burn fat more effectively. This book should be viewed as more of a manual to living a healthy life, rather than a diet to achieve a goal. All of the practices in this book are heathy and easily sustainable to make you a healthier, fitter person.
